Terms and Conditions

Enrollment and Tuition

• The annual registration fee is 15€, paid in the month the tutoring begins.
• The monthly payment amount is:
  • 115€ – high school
  • 100€ – elementary school
• Tuition is paid in advance by the 10th of each month.
  • In the event of a delay, a penalty of 1€ per day will be charged, except when the 9th or 10th falls on a weekend or a holiday.

School Breaks

• During school breaks (Christmas and Easter), the payment is 50%.
  • The only exception is if the student attends more than 50% of the sessions during these months, in which case they must pay for the extra tutoring sessions they received during that time.

Preparation for National Exams

• During the months of preparation for national exams, students have at least 12 sessions, with the following costs:
  • High School: 160 €
  • Elementary School: 140 €

Absences and Attendance

• Absences without prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance) are considered as a session taught.
• Attendance is recorded daily in the FisQui attendance logs by the teacher’s signature.

Sessions and Duration

• Explanations: Two sessions per week per subject (an average of 8 sessions per month), each lasting 60 minutes.
• Psychological Counseling: 45 minutes per session.
• Play Therapy: 30 minutes per session.

Payment

The monthly fee can be paid via:

• Cash
• Multibanco ATM
• Bank transfer (preferred)
  • IBAN: PT 50 0010 0000 3827 8580 00179 (Banco BPI)
  • Proof: Send to the email address patricia@fisqui.com or submit it at the FisQui front desk.

Termination of Service

FisQui reserves the right to suspend service in the event of non-payment of two consecutive monthly installments.
