How psychotherapy works:
The psychotherapeutic process does not have a predefined duration. However, it includes several phases:
Phase 1: Clinical interview

Phase 3: Consultation with a professional from another specialty, if necessary (psychiatry, nutritionist, pediatrics, etc.)
Phase 4: Discussion and definition of the intervention plan and therapy objectives.
Phase 5: Therapeutic intervention
